Account Associate – Insurance Sales & Service

Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on closing deals while also providing excellent customer service? Michael Friel State Farm is looking for an Account Associate who can help grow our agency through proactive sales while supporting clients with reliable service.
This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
Role Description
As an Account Associate, you’ll play a vital role in both driving sales and delivering outstanding service. You’ll engage clients in meaningful conversations, present insurance solutions, and ensure they feel confident in their coverage. Your ability to combine sales focus with customer care will directly contribute to the agency’s success.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth – Market and explain insurance products, identify customer needs, and close business with both warm and cold leads.

Support Clients – Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and updates.

Deliver Service Excellence – Respond promptly to inquiries and provide professional, timely solutions.

Stay Organized – Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with confidence in engaging customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
