The Friel Agency is seeking an experienced, fully licensed Life Insurance Specialist with State Farm experience and a proven production record. This remote position is ideal for a high-performing professional who excels in consultative sales, builds trust quickly, and thrives on helping clients protect their families and financial futures.
Role Overview
As a Life Insurance Specialist, you’ll leverage your State Farm experience to educate customers, recommend tailored life and health insurance solutions, and achieve measurable sales success—all from a fully remote environment. You’ll serve as both a knowledgeable advisor and a compassionate guide, ensuring every client feels confident and protected.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and meet production goals through life and health insurance sales
- Provide expert guidance on coverage options, riders, and financial protection strategies
- Manage customer relationships with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Maintain full compliance with company and industry standards
- Contribute to the agency’s continued growth and client retention initiatives
Qualifications
- Must have prior State Farm sales experience with proven production history
- Must hold active Life & Health licenses (Property & Casualty preferred)
- Demonstrated success in consultative life insurance sales
- Exceptional communication and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a remote work environment

This is a remote position.
Compensación: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
