Michael Friel State Farm is seeking a highly driven, sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new business. Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements
This position must meet Pennsylvania Insurance Department licensing standards.
- An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to your Day 1 start in the office.
- If not currently licensed, you must obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license before starting (agency guidance provided).
- A Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date.

What You’ll Do
Drive New Business Production
Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach.

Develop a consistent flow of opportunities and maintain disciplined follow-up to convert quotes into bound policies.

Uncover coverage gaps and confidently present auto, home, renters, and life insurance solutions.
