Michael Friel State Farm is seeking a fully licensed, sales-dominant Multiline Representative. This is an opportunity for an experienced insurance professional  knows how to manage pipeline, and thrives in a high-performance sales environment.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in, produce quickly, and contribute immediately to agency growth.

Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred but not required

• Candidates not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 start with full agency support provided

• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of start date with agency support and guidance

• Proven sales performance or strong production background strongly preferred

• Professional references may be requested


Role Overview

As a Multiline Representative, your primary focus is production, growth, and relationship development. You will quote, present, cross-sell, and close auto, fire, life, and other multiline products while providing a strong customer experience that supports retention.

Success in this role is measured by production, closing ratio, and contribution to agency growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance policies.

Maximize In-Book Opportunities
Conduct proactive policy reviews and uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Manage Pipeline
Track opportunities, follow up consistently, and convert pending business into issued policies.

Close and Grow
Confidently overcome objections, ask for the sale, and meet or exceed monthly production goals.

Deliver Strong Customer Experience
Provide responsive, professional support that strengthens relationships while supporting growth.

Maintain Compliance
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to agency and regulatory standards.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
