Michael Friel State Farm is seeking a fully licensed, high-performing Multiline Representative with a minimum of one year State Farm agency experience and a proven sales record. This is a remote opportunity designed for a disciplined producer who understands the State Farm model, knows how to manage pipeline, and consistently converts opportunities into written premium.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for an experienced State Farm professional who can step in, produce immediately, and drive measurable growth.

Position Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Active Property & Casualty license
  •  Active Life & Health license
  •  Minimum 1 year prior State Farm agency experience
  •  Documented sales production history
  •  Professional reference check verifying performance

Candidates must already be fully licensed. This is a remote position requiring the ability to operate independently and maintain high production standards without in-office supervision.

Role Overview

As a Remote Multiline Representative, your primary responsibility is production and growth. You will quote, present, cross-sell, and close auto, fire, life, and other multiline products while maintaining a strong service mindset that protects retention.

You must be comfortable handling both warm and cold opportunities, overcoming objections, and confidently asking for the sale.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business
 Consistently quote and close auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life policies.

Maximize In-Book Opportunities
 Conduct proactive policy reviews and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing book.

Manage Pipeline
 Track quotes, follow up aggressively, and convert pending business into issued policies.

Deliver High-Level Service
 Provide professional, efficient support that reinforces client loyalty while keeping growth top of mind.

Meet and Exceed Production Goals
 Operate with clear monthly sales targets and performance expectations.

Maintain Compliance
 Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to State Farm and regulatory standards.
